From Roxburgh the road leads out to Etrick and Miller's Plat, and fruit growing is again in evidence in places. At Rao's Junction the road branches off to Tapanui and Gore, and those making to Southland would take this route. The other road runs out through Beaumont and sleepy little Lawrence
to Milton and thenco through the Taieri Plains to Dunedin.

In New, Zealand, with its warm sunny summer, we are ideally situated for motor camping that most healthful of all holidays. Each season sees increases in the ranks of its devotees, and with the improvements that are being effected in our roads it will become ever more popular.
