SWEET MAKERS.
Moonshine Biffs is a new sweet you'll like awfully. One cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cup icing sugar, 3 dessertspoons powdered gelatine, desiccated cocoanut, essence of vanilla. Soak the gelatine in the water and place in a saucepan, adding sugar, and boil for eight minutes. Allow to cool, then add the icing sugar and essence of vanilla, and whisk till white and thick. Wet a plate or sandwich tin and pour the mixture in. When set cut in squares and roll in cocoanut.
