Additional street lamps are to be erected as follows:—Cave road (2), Bristol street, Liffey street, Melbourne road, Orieff street, Onepu road (1). The lighting of Fariah street is to be improved by removing the existing street lamps and erecting four 200-watt lamps suspended in the centre of the roadway. The lighting of Kilbirnie South is also to be improved by the erection of larger lamps above the tramway track and the rearrangement of existing lamps in the side streets.
