"Poppies of Flanders" is an .ulaptation of the original story by the famous author, "Sapper," inspired by the poem •In Flanders'■ Fields," by Lieut.-Coloncl John M'Crae. M.D. It is described as a photoplay that is handled with nn understanding that has won audiences the world over, portraying m vividly beautiful manner the spirit and sentiment of the immortal poem. The orchestra and Wurlitzer organ under Kmanuel Aarons are to provide a music setting in keeping with tho sentiment expressed by "Poppies of 1 landers." The orchestra and Wurlltzer organ wi 1 combine for an overture In the Grand March from "Tannhauser" (Suppc) ami the theme song "Popples of Flanders," will bo submitted The supporting programme will include No' 10 production of the "New Greater Col-l-ians," entitled "Speeding Youth." A Pathe pictorial, a subject entitled "ltiviera ltevels, and a film novelty, "The Virgin Queen" (in natural colours), complete the pictorial bill.
