The Star Boa tins Club will hold the annual War Memorial Whaleboat Race to-morrow (Saturday), commencing at 2.30 p.m. It has been the custom ever since this competition was inaugurated to have ex-service members aa steersmen, fur the races, s\ml the club is. desirous of continuing this arrangement to-morrow^
