Probate is being soiught for the will of tho late Mr. JustiaO Higgins, of the High Court of Australia, whose estate is valued at £69,000, assets in New Zealand. The iestator directed that £20,000 be paid to».the Boyal Irish Academy towards the [publication, of Irish manuscripts and fdr research work dealing with Irish literaiture, language, archaeology, and folklorcL also scholarships.
