SYDNEY, This Day. There was a dramatic'turn in the coal mining crisis,- when Mr. M'Donald, chairman of the Northern Collieries Association, in a statement, made it clear that the owners will not~'further negotiate with the leaders of the men. "So far as I am concerned,"'he said, "I am not prepared to allow anybody to go through the books of the owners. I will have nothing moro to do with the men or their leaders." '
