Mr. W. M. Hughes, ctommonting on the action of the trades unions in desiring to withdraw from the Arbitration Court, said that Iheir action amounted to ;i frontal attack on the arbitration system. They ha/1 everything to gain by arbitration, whitih afforded a relatively economical meaus of redressing their grievances. Their: action was most ill-considered.
