DELHI, Bth Fobruary. Further riots occurred in Bombay yesterday. The situation is still grave. The First Cheshires, from Poona, have been drafted into the city. The total casualties number 33 killed and over 200 injured. 'A Pathan armed with a knife killed four Hindus. Many arrests have been made by the military and the police.
The Legislative Assembly at Delhi gave tho second reading of tho Public Safety Bill, .which was carried by 61 votes to 50. The final vote undoubtedly was influenced by tho tragic happenings at Bombay.
