(By Telegraph.—l'rcss Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Bth February. Further boring,for oil at Moturo'a is likely to bo undertaken in the near future. An option over 30 acres has been secured on behalf of some Syndey business men, and an expert is being sont over with a view to forming a company.
_ Activity in Blenheim bore shares continues on tho Stock Exchange. To-day a sale was made at. £6 ss, and at closing time sellers were asking £Q 10s, with buyers offering £0. It is known that a parcel of. shares changed hands at £7.
Tho ■ reclamation company reported to-day that pumping and bailing had been continued to induce n, flow through tho seven-inch casing.. Gas pressure was increasing daily, with a good showing of oil. .
