LONDON, Bth February.
Another remarkable water main burst occurred in tho West End. It was apparently due to traffic vibration. The wood blocks heaved up along a long stretch, of roadway at: Lancaster Gate. Soon a river was flowing alongside Hyde Park. The basements of houses rapidly filled, necessitating a police rally to arouso the tenants.
