ARMSTRONG'S REORGANISING

LONDON, Bth February, Armstrong, Whitworth, and ' Co. announce a drastic reorganisation, involving the writing off total losses amounting to £14,117,536. Ordinary shareholders receive a shilling a share for each £2 now held. The new capital will consist of £4,962,812 in : shares and £1,036,014 loan capital. ■•-• . .
