ECLIPSE PETROL.
Shareholders of the Eclipse Economise!' System Company, Ltd., have been advised that the American company lias completed the purchase from the New Zealand company of Continental rights on similar conditions to the British rights, which •■will necessitate remitting, annually advance payments of royalties. The recent cabled report, that the vaporiser had been installed on GOO buses and 3000 taxicabs has been confirmed by Mr. Godward from New- York.
