CHBISTCHUECH, This Day. Tho many cases of death by drowning iliat havo occurred on Now Zealand boaches this year havo occasioned tho New Zealand Council of tho Eoyal Lifesaving Association grave concern. At a meeting yestorday it was decided to circularise all centres and all public bodies interested in beaches, pointing out the urgency' of moro life-saving, clubs being formed to safeguard bathers.
