HAWEBA, This Day. The weather ia fine and warm and the prospects aro good for the conclusion of tlio Kgmout Kacing Club's Meoting to-morrow. The fields have kept to a good average size, except the Trial Hack, which is too largo for a fivofuvlong scramble. First-day form should work out well in the hurdle race, with a leaning towards Atareria and Polyphomus, who are tho only likoly two to be backed. In tho Electric Handicap aro High Disdain and Valpre. Tho former looks best. Post positions will be paramount in tho Trial Hack. Inflame, Endorse, and Flying Bingo may show up. In tho Tonks Stakes, J. Fryer's pair, Bright Glow and Mendip, look test. They race in different interests. Although somo engaged in tho Moremere Hack Handicap gallopod well yesterday, Havering appoars to dominate the position, with Second Thought next bost. King Midas will bo favourite in the Normanby Handicap, with Monaghan tho hardest to beat. Joy King is expected in' the Waimate Handicap, but in Banket ho may find a sturdy opponent. Acred, who was unlucky yesterday, should bo favourite in the Inaha Hack Handicap. Gasnappor should be tho one likely to improve most.
