INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION
Good progress is being made with the extensive arrangements necessary in connection with the International Exhibition at Antwerp next year, in ;which New Zealand is participating. Great Britain has already chosen her building ground, and levelling and foundation works have been carried out. Delegates from Italy, Holland, France, Greece, and Norway are also at Antwerp engaged in selecting the sites for their respective sections. The organisation of the competitions and the agricultural and horticultural exhibitions is proceeding. Many of these exhibitions will assume an international character, and will be connected with congresses during the World Pair. The contract for the construction of the "Palace of Feasts and Congressess" (which will cover over 3700 square yards) has just been let, and other contracts are under consideration.
