It Is based on a series of authenticated incidents In the life of ono Mile Vway" Barry a notorious underworld leader. A sparkling comedy, "The Patsy," in which the chief roles are taken by Marion navies, Orvillo Caldwell, Marie Dressier, and Lawrence Gray; ia tho story of a bashful flapper, who tries desperately to attract more attention from tlio man she loves. There is a good supporting programme.
