SYDNEY, This Day,
' The State's coal production decreased during the past two years by 1,700,000 tons per annum. Many of the principal overseas markets have practically been lost. The output per man has decreased J2O per cent, since the first year of the war. , .
The coal owners are meeting next week with a view of taking definite action to rehabilitate tho industry.
