CARE OF A TEAPOT
Teapots should novel' be allowed to become discoloured inside, nor to smell musty, or the flavour of the tea will be destroyed. After emptying a teapot of its leaves, rinse it out: with cold wsilcr, lill to. the brim with boiling water, and rinse again. Dry carefully, and leave with the lid open to air. Once a week the- teapot should be filled to the brim with strong, hot soda-water, and when cool thorough^ washed and rinsed, and then dried. A lump or two of sugar put into a silver teapot that is nnt in constant use will keep it in condition aud proven fit becoming
musty
