EXPORT FAT STOCK
LAMB PRICES EASIER
The New Zealand .. Jleat. Producers' Board advises that the following prices are being offered for fat stock for export at 24th January:— Wellington and Hawkes Bay: Prime woolly lambs, 361b and under 9V£d, 37-42 lb 9d, 431b and over B%d; second quality lambß, B%d. Canterbury: Prime woolly lambs, 361b and under 10% d, 37-421b lOd, 431b and over 9%d; second quality lambs, 9%d. Southland: Prime woolly lambs, 361b and under 10% d, 37-421b 9%d, 431b and over 9%d; .second quality lambs, 9%d.
It will be noticed that there is a drop of Y2A per pound in the prices 'offered for North Island lambs.
