LONDON, 24th January
The names of 5,245,000 new women voters were added to the Parliamentary registers to-day.
The Conservatives are organising a national recruiting campaign to enrol as many as possible in the party organisation. More than five thousand meetings will be held during the forthcoming new voters' week. In connection therewith, Mrs. Baldwin, in a message, states: "I believe in giving the vote to all women, tho Conservative Party has done moro for tho cause of peaco than any previous Government, for peaco is essential to women's happiness."
