There were offered at the .; wool, sales 10,787 bales, of which 7314 were' Australian and. 1488 New Zealand. The catalogue contained a splendid selection of super style Merinos suitable for spinners. Yesterday's brisk market continues with but few withdrawals and all prices are well maintaiuod. Realisations: Nive Downs, 22% dto 21d; Loombah, 26d to 24d; Caiwarro;'23d to 21d; Acoa, 25d to 23d; Bugalong, 20% dto 24d; Woodlands, 2Cd -to 23 J/jd; Mount Mitchell, 2VM to 2od: Meeberrie, 22d to 19d. New Zealand wools sold: .Kiinuroa, 21% dto 19d; Arakihi. 22d to -lOVkl: Pakowhai, 23d. to 21d; HL/W, 22d to 19%' d; Patuna. 21% dto lOd.

Murray, Roberts, and Co., Ltd., are in receipt of the following wool market cablegram from their London agents) dated 24th January:—"Sales continue with a good tone; improved competition; Continental buyers principal operators. Greasy merino, except inferior descriptions, compared with present London sales opening rates, market shows no change. Crossbred greasy fine and medium declined 5 per cent.'
