BOTTGMLEY GETS DAMAGES

LONDON, 22nd.January. A King's Bench jury awarded Horatio Bottoraley £1500 damages ana coats against Henry James Houston in connection with the book published by Hirst and Blackott, who paid agreed on damages after the jury had disagreed in July. Houston to-day did not appear to contest the caso. [The plaintiff complained that in a book entitled "The Real Horatio Bottomlcy," written by Henry James Houston and published by Hirst and Blackott, ho was falsely accused of boing a blackmailer. 'J'he defendants admitted publication and pleaded justification.]
