DELHI, 23ra January. It is thought in well-informed circles that Nadir Khan, an Afghan prince at present residing in Paris, may be a now candidate for the Afghan throne. Ho has been, assured of considerable support from tribesmen. Ho is a fearless leader,-and is regarded as the man who will save Afghanistan.
