LONDON, 22nd January. • Wheat. —Cargoes opened firm with an advance of 3d per quarter, but apart from the Far East business was inactive and dosed quieter. Cargo by the Glen Eden, lor Karachi, brought 4.1 a Od; by an unnamed Japanese ship, due in March, for Bombay, 445; by the Caledonian Monarch, 47s 3d.
