BELGRADE, 13th Jnuary.
In a statement to foreign Press representatives,- the Premier, General Zivk'ovitch, emphasised- that the Government's task was purely temporary. The Government will begin to adopt measures enabling a return to constitutional life the moment tho fundamental programme is completed. The Premier denied the alleged secret aims, and added that the Government intended .to develop tho existing friendly relations with foreign Powers, especially' Jugo-Slavia's neighbours. The first task ia to restore order an-:l discipline in tho Civil Service, with a view to unifying the laws, and establishing a reign of justice and security, and also set the finances in order.
