CHAMPIONSHIP RINKS LAST DAY OF SECTION : PLAY. Pky began at 0 a.m. to-day in tho concluding rounds of the rinks championship, in much improved weather conditions, as tho wind had dropped. A light breczo was blowing, and the sun was again showing itself after having boon undor a cloud for some days. Everyone, therefore, was cheerful and bright, despito tho fact that their uhanse of winning their section may have vanished. , Both sections to-day are being plnycd full twenty-nvo heads.
