Members of the Supreme Court Ben:h. who are sitting as an Election Court in connection with Mr. Allan Bell's petition against the return of Mr. H. M. Rushworth, the Country Party's candidate, who was declared returned for the Bay of Islands after several official recounts.. At the Magisterial recount Mr. Rushworth was returned by two votes.
