CHANNEL TUNNEL
PARLIAMENTARY OPINION Australian Press Association. (Received/ 12th January, 8 a.m.) . LONDON, 11th January. Sir' William Bull, chairman of the Channel Tunnel Parliamentary Committee, announces that 67 Peers and 113 members of the House of Commons definitely, favour the project; 42 Peers and 11 members of the. House of Commons oppose it; and '24' Peers and 86 members of, th.o House are neutral.
