Damo Nellie Melba had; a' brilliant home-coming dinner and subsequent musical evening in' a West End residence previously owned by the Duches3 of Argyll. Dame Melba, who herself contributed to the musical programme, inspired overwhelming enthusiasm, and was greeted with cries of "You're wonderful."
