A Rabaul message states that tho Deputy-Administrator has promisod that a Commission will inquire into the native disturbance. A disciplinary action has been taken against the members of the native police who took part in L the recent mutiny,: Six months' imprisonment, was imposed on those who absented themselves from duty.
