A wealthy business man was wooed and won by a chorus girl. -But on the eve of the wedding'he told her that he had lost most of his money on. the 'Stock Exchange. "There is just enough left," he sighed, "to take a small house in the suburbs — that is, if you still want to marry me." "AVhat^ does money matter," said the chorus girl, "while we have'each other?" So they got married. . ; But on the day after the wedding' she found out that ho really had' lost his money. . . ' .
