BOWLERS ENTERTAINED

A HAPPY FUNCTION

Biddiford Park and the; Hutt. grounds were looking'their best yesterday, when the members" of. the Waiimarie and HuttCroquet Clubs entertained'the wives of the visiting Australian', bowlers. The visitors were charmed with'tho * surroundings, and entered, heartily into the competitions provided.- Quite a number of the Victorian bowlers-were playing on the Hutt green,"and the visitors were able to follow ■'the..progress .of the bowling as well.'..
