SALVATION ARMY
ANNUAL CONGRESS IN APRIL Commissioner Hay, head of the Salvation Army organisation in New Zealand, who is now presiding over the High Council deliberations in London; has cabled the Army headquarters in Wellington to arrange for the holding of the annual congress here from 11th to IGth April. Salvation Army officers from all over New Zealand will come to Wellington to attend the sessions, which will bo presided over by Commissioner Hay. The international representative will be Lieutenant-Cominis-nioner Julius Horskins, lately in command of the Army's operations in Western India.
