, CANDIDATE'S DENIAL (By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr, S. C. G. Lye, the United candidate for Hamilton, denies having taken legal advice in connection with a petition to unseat the Hon. J. A. Young, and. refuses to have anything to do with any such action, although his campaign committee may have had the matter under consideration. Mr. Lye's committee meets to-mor-row night to consider alleged irregularities in the election.
