SOCIETY OF ACCOUNTANTS.
The Year Book of the New Zealand Society of Accountants for 1928 : 29 is out. It contains much matter of interest to the profession. There is a directory of public accountant members in and beyond New. Zealand; a list of registered bookkeepers, the names of the council and officers and committees for the Dominion; also a record of officers of the council from 1909-10 to date. The president, Mr. E. W. Hunt, presents the report made to council, the balance-sheet, and a summary of the proceedings of the nineteenth annual conference, held in Auckland, making the work complete in every respect.
