Levin and Co., Ltd.,'have received the following table from their London, agents, dated 19th October: — ".Frozen meat quotations (prices on a 'delivered' basis, i.e., including storage charges, cartage, tolls, etc.): Down lamb. 28 to 42, none offering; best North Island. 28 to 42, 10 l-8d per lb; ordinary North Island, 28 to 42, 9%d per lb; second quality lamb, 9 l-8d per lb; best North Island wethers, 48 to 64 6%d, 64 'to 72 G5-8d; ordinary North Island wethers, 48 to fi4, 0 5-Stl; North Island ewes, 48 to 64, sd; North Island ewes, 64 to 72, 4%d; New Zealand prime ox beef, 160 to 220, 4%d per lb. As compared with last week's quotations, prices are unchanged, with the exception of ewes, which are V:d per lb lower. The market tendency is generally slightly better."
