EASTBOURNE ATTRACTIONS.
The management of the Eastbourne Ferry and Motor Omnibus Service draws special attention to the attractions offering for to-morrow and Monday (Labour Day). A band has been engaged to play on the Muritai as that vessel crosses the harbour to-morrow afternoon, and which will also play a specially selected programme at Day's Bay at 3.15 p.m. Those who so desire may travel out to the bays by an alternate route, taking the bus from the Public Library, and returning by boat, or vice versa, thus getting an enjoyable round trip. Boats and buses are being run to suit the convenience of trampers, bowlers, and tennis players, so that they may make the fullest use of daylight saving. Extra buses will be put on to deal with any rush of passengers, both coming and going. On Monday a special holiday programme will be run all day, so that those desiring to cross the harbour may do so with the least possible delay, and enabling passengers to return at any hour to suit themselves.
