The "Petit Parisian's" Nice correspondent says that in response to the Spanish Embassy's request tho police ■arrested provisionally, with a view to extradition, Colonel Los Eoyes and his two officer sons, who are suspected of participation in a plot against tho Directory. The colonel recently returned from Washington, where he married the Irish Free State Minister Professor Smiddy's daughter. The property of tho three men has been confiscated.
