Arcus; lion, secretary, Mr., H. W. Pilcher. The meeting approved^ of the sbhemc to establish a central suburban library in the eastern suburbs. The sand drift nuisance- at WorSer Bay was discussed at some length, and it was decided that the Reserves Committee of the City Council be approached with a view to having the.matter attended to.
