Messrs. Samuel Page and Son, provision agents,, London, advise Dalgety and Co. of the comparison of the relative prices of. Danish, New Zealand, and Australian butter for first Beven months of the year. This is interesting as indicating that, for the. first seven months of this year, the premium for Danish was greatest when the quantity, of this description was smallest as compared with the total of New Zealand and Australian, while this premium entirely disappeared when the Danish' quantity was in excess of the total New Zealand and Australian:— Danish New Zealand Danish price Mth. cwt. value. cwt. value, over N.Z.
