United Press "Association—By Electric Tellgraph—Copjrieht. (Received 16th October, S a.m.) SYDNEY, lath October. At the wool sales to-day 11,584 bales were sold. There was keen competition, mainly by Japan, France, and Germany. Prices were firm at last week's closing rates. .Greasy merino realised to 26d.
