The census taker called at the home of the Smith sisters, who were maiden ladies. Upon informing them that he must know their 'ages, they asked if he had called on the Hill sisters. "Yes," he replied, "and they told me their ages." "Well," said the Smith sisters, ''were the same age as the Hill girls." So the man wrote in his book: Mabel and Nellie Smith, both as old as the Hills. , .
