IRISH REPUBLICANISM DE VALERA, DIRECTOR Australian Press Association. (Received 14th September, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 13th September. A company has been formed in Dublin to publish morning, evening, and Sunday newspapers in support of republicanism. The directors have given Mr. de Valera, the managing director, unusual powers, including absolute control of the editorial staff and policy. He is not subject to re-election to the directorate.
