R.S.A. MESSAGES
ENTERTAINMENT OFFERED The New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association has been in touch with Captain Kingsford Smith and Lieutenant TJlin through the Beturned Soldiers and Sailors' Imperial League of Australia. The Sydney branch of the league has assured the N.Z.E.S.A. that in the event of the aviators visiting Wellington they would be pleased to accept the association's invitation to an entertainment, probably a luncheon. The following telegrams have been sent by the N.Z.R.S.A.:— To Captain Kingsford Smith and Southern Cross Party: "Now Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association welcomes you and offers congratulations your splendid achievement. Hope have pleasure entertain you Wellington accordance our invitation through the league at Sydney.—(Signed) General Russell, President." To Mr. M'Williams: "Hoavty eon-
grattilations your association in great enterprise. U.S.A. takes pride in fact that one of its members played so worthy a part.—(Signed) Harrison, General Secretary."
