QUEEN'S THEATRE.
Mystery and thrills are by no means lacking In Rod La Rocque's latest picture, "Bachelor Brides," which commenced at tho Queen's Thcatro last evening. But the picture is not one of tho usual sensational type, for it is adapted from tho popular play of the same name and deals largely in comedy. Certain strange happenings on a stormy night In an old castle in Scotland foniS the basis of this most entertaining picture. How a young British peer upsets the calculations of a trio of crooks who are seeking to steal a valuable pearl necklace Is told In a manner which holds tho Interest throughout. The second fetaure Is "Tho Three Ring Marriage," which offcra something new and modern in plots. Most of the action takes place in tho West. Mar> Astor is well placed in the feminine lead. There are good supports and music.
