MOTOR-CYCLE TRIALS
British Official Wlrelei*. (Reoeived 12th September, 11.45 a.m.) RUGBY, 11th September. An international six days' motorcycle trial, in which Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Holland are competing, has begun over the Yorkshire Moors. Much interest is shown in a team of three' English girls, Misses Cottle and Foley and Mrs. M'Leain, who are defending tho international silver vase, which they won against foreign male competitors last year. Many of tho motor-cycles ridden by tic British competitors are next year's models and show a marked improvement in the reduction of iioise.
