MR. J. HORN TO RETIRE
OTAGO CENTRAL SEAT
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Tho definite retirement on doctor's advice of Mr. J. Horn, member for Otago Central, is announced. This loaves three candidates. Mr. J. Kitcbie is the official Reform nominee, Mr. John Bennett will probably stand aa independent Reform, and Mr. W. A. Bodkin has been approached to contest the scat as a Liberal.
