The managers of the English-League team advised that the itinerary of the tour through the Dominion would be left to the New Zealand Council tb : arrange. The fblowing programme was approved: 30th July, arrive Auckland; Ist August, England v. South' Auckland, at Taupin; 4th August,. England v.- New Zealand, at Auckland; Bth August, England' v. Auckland, at Auckland; 11th "August, England v. Auckland Province, at Auckland; 14th August,' England v. Biiller. at Westport; 45th August, England v. West Coast, at Greymouth; 18th August, England v. New Zealand, at Dunedin; 22nd August, exhibition game at Invercargill. The appointment of-referees to control Test matches between England and New Zealand was, discussed at some length, and it was decided toask the; Leagues concerned to submit' the names of three referees to the council for approval.
