ORGANIST'S JUBILEE
TRIBUTE TO MR. R. PARKER A'tribute was paid at yesterday afternoon's session of the Diocesan Synod to .the services of. Mr. Robert Parker as organist and choirmaster of the proCathedral of the -Diocese; in' October next he will complete 50 years of continuous service. A motion placing on record Synod's high appreciation of Mr. Parker's faithful and long services was carried by acclamation. The Bishop, Dr. Sprott, added his congratulations, saying that he saw no reason why Mr. Parker should not conliuue for a much longer time in office. Mr. Taker's devotional playing, he said, was always remarked upon by visitors.
